Does Gift Elements have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store. Gift Elements is an e-commerce business based in Singapore.

Which payment currencies are available on the online store?
The base currency on this online store is in Singapore dollars (SGD$).
Conversion to your local currency may be provided at the time of payment. If not, please check against the latest published exchange rates.
How secure is payment on Gift Elements online store?
Gift Elements online payment systems are managed by reputable payment gateway organisations, such as Stripe and PayPal. We are, therefore, able to provide both secure payments and refund facilities.
What are the payment options for online purchases?
Gift Elements accepts most internationally-accepted payment methods, including global credit/debit cards and Paypal.
What if I do not have a PayPal account?
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can opt to pay with credit card via the PayPal portal. You do not require a PayPal account to pay with credit card in this way. Please follow these steps:
- You will be directed to PayPal to make the payment.
- Do not login to PayPal.
- Click on the button “Check Out As Guest” or “Check Out With Credit Card”.
- Enter your credit card and billing details.
- Confirm and send your payment
- Click the button “Return to Merchant” to view your order.
Alternatively, customers may opt to pay using credit/debit card managed by Stripe.
How do I know if my online purchase is successfully checked out?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase from Gift Elements. Please ensure that you have entered a valid e-mail address. If you have not given a valid e-mail address, please send us an e-mail immediately at: [email protected]
What types of email confirmations will I receive for my online purchase?
After you have made your online payment, you may receive one or more of the following emails:
- Order receipt: This shows that your order has been received and is being processed.
- Order completed: This shows that we have processed and shipped out your order.
