For art to be mounted onto frames, the frame option must first be selected when placing an order.
Frame Type
Framing is available for both poster prints and canvas wraps.
Poster prints are framed within wooden mouldings with a wood-based backing and front clear plexiglass.
Canvas wraps are installed on stretcher bars and mounted on floating frames.

Frame Colour
We offer frames in white and black for online purchases in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Black frames may be delivered in ebony or dark brown wood.

Hanging Hooks
Framed art comes with hanging hardware designed for easy installation, whether you’re a seasoned art enthusiast or a first-time frame owner. User-friendly components make the process smooth and straightforward. Hooks for both vertical and horizontal mounting are provided on each frame for regular art orders. This way you can decide on the spot which orientation suits the art and your decor.
IKEA Frames
Some sizing of our art print posters are designed to fit IKEA frames. This way you may purchase the poster refills for your existing art frames.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Each art order is printed and framed individually on demand.
We endeavor to ship your order within 3-5 days from the time it was placed. When your order is shipped out, we will update you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping progress.
Most framed art prints are printed locally at your country or at a production site nearest to your country.
Canvas prints are prepared in and shipped from the United States.
If you are in Singapore, please allocate an additional 14 days to account for duration of international shipping.
Returns
GIFT ELEMENTS is pleased to extend our returns policy for both framed and unframed prints that have incurred damage during transit. Please initiate a return within seven (7) days of receiving the damaged print. To facilitate this process, simply get in touch via our contact page or send an email to [email protected], including your order number and images of the affected print.
When it comes to “Change of Mind” returns, we kindly ask that you make your selections carefully, as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for such cases. For more information about returns, please visit our Delivery & Refunds page.
Our dedicated customer service team is here to guide you through the return procedure. As you prepare to send back your item, please ensure your order number is clearly indicated on the exterior of the package. Following the safe return of the goods, refunds will be processed. These will be directed exclusively to the credit card or account utilized for the initial transaction. Kindly allow approximately 7-10 business days for this process.
To preserve the integrity of your artwork, it’s crucial to handle it with care. Avoid direct contact with the print, as natural oils and dirt from your hands can compromise the quality. Additionally, please refrain from any rough handling that could potentially scratch or damage the pigments.
